I've got a deal I am working on and it centers on someone who can transform/fit in to any type of situation both in character and style. Since the word "chameleon" is already taken is there another word or phrase identical or similar I could use.?

Not chimaera, I know where you are going with the idea, but the word has strongly negative overtones.
I'd also be careful using the word chameleon; chameleons camouflage themselves in order to blend into the background - are you sure you want to emphasise your ability to be invisible?
The technical term for adopting other's mannerisms is "mirroring" but I'm not sure it is the word you want.
