Is there an exhaustive list of road races with qualifying times, either for entry or for some kind of special treatment (seeded starts, comped entry, etc)?
If not would the beautiful people of LetsRun be willing to help me compile one?

I'd love to see this list, but it would be so long I'm not sure where to start.
Vancouver Marathon gives elite entries to Canadians with a 2:40 marathon and internationals with a 2:25 or so. Columbus (Ohio) is like 2:30.
Bix 7 allows you into the elite corral if you have a 33:00 10K (including 10,000m track), and most of the other USA national championships, but usually they're vaguely stated, like "place high in another US road championship."
NYC used to allow guaranteed entry (rather than lottery) if you run 2:55, though I suspect that time has dropped.
Fukuoka has a 2:42 qualifying time just to get in, and if you drop off 2:46 pace they pull you off the course.
Sorry those are all men's times, too lazy to look up the women's at the moment.
Most races with elite entries don't have a time though, just an application. I would like to see a list put together but I know it would be hundres upon hundreds.
Hundreds upon hundreds is fine by me. I love this kind of stuff, if people are willing to tell me what some of these races are then I'd be willing to look up the times and put them all into one place (probably something easy to create and access, like a Google Doc or a Blogger, unless anyone owns a website where they'd be willing to host this).
I'm most interested in races that have times listed since I think those are great standards from which to form incremental goals, and for a lot of us Boston qualifying times are too easy but trials is pretty far away.
What road races in the US other then the Boston Marathon have a qualifying time just to enter? (And yes, I know that the Boston Marathon has all sorts of exceptions.)
Gansett. Trials. Those are the two I know. I'm trying to compile a list with all qualifying times though, stuff like seeded entry for Cherry Blossom or "elite" starts at smaller races (e.g., Eugene) that don't do invite-only and take times that most of us wouldn't consider elite.
There's a pretty competitive 5k near my hometown in upstate NY that gives free entry if you're sufficiently fast (sub 16 for men and sub 18:30 for women):

Don't know of too many others in the area that do something similar, but I also haven't paid a ton of attention to the road racing scene there. No idea where to start looking for compiling a comprehensive list, either.
Peachtree now has a complete hierarchy of seeding from top seeds to walkers RunningTimes recently had a short list of races with seeding and guaranteed entries, but I probably threw it away.
My favorite road race is Falmouth. If you are seeded in the top 200-300 or so you end up in the "Elite" start, which is literally the Elite Men's start. It is always a Falmouth Hall of Fame reunion of sorts with Shorter, Rodgers, and all kinds of former winners and elites.
races with relatively large purses usually have some type of elite or "olympic development" type incentive to them. follow the money and you'll probably find a few.

Yep, it's 2:45 now. And 3:10 for women.
Crescent City Classic 10K has seeded corrals up front for entrants with sub-45, sub-40, sub-35, and sub-30 QTs.
Long Beach Marathon usually comps runners under 2:35/1:08 (women, under 3:00/1:20). They have a seeded corral up in front of the masses for runners under 2:55.
Los Angeles Marathon has a seeded corral up in front of the masses for runners under 3:00.
Doesn't Chicago have seeded corrals up front?
Cal Intl has guaranteed entry in October for their race in December based on specific times according to age and gender, starting with men 18-34 under 3:15 and women 18-34 under 3:45.

Word, these are helpful. Where do you think I should put these together, and in what format? I know how to make complete web-applications if you need it to do fancy stuff, but I don't own a domain and don't really feel like purchasing one. On the other hand just listing a bunch in a Google Doc spreadsheet might be useful and simple.
I imagine these big races all have seeded corrals and QT's if you check their websites:
Bay to Breakers
Beach to Beacon
Bolder Boulder
Carlsbad 5000
Cherry Blossom
Cooper River Bridge Run
Crescent City Classic
Crim Road Race
Falmouth
Lilac Bloomsday
Peachtree
Quad City
Utica Boilermaker
Check out this LRC thread a while back for more races that probably have QT's and seeded corrals or guaranteed entry times:

Confirmed that Bay to Breakers has seeded and sub-seeded corrals based on various qualifying times at different distances.
The Vancouver Marathon also gives free accommodation, meals and Elite Status if you are under 2:20 and Canadian or under 2:16 and international (Males).
Philadelphia Marathon has seeded corrals and an elite corral. I think you need to email the race directors to get into the elite corral.
Manchester Road Race - 4.75 miles in CT - has seeded corrals.
