I was wondering if anyone could suggest any changes/additions I could make to my training. My week normally looks like this : Tuesday: 5- 6 mile relatively easy
Thursday: 3-4 mile tempo run
Saturday: Speed work ( 400m, 300m, and 200m repetitions)
Sunday: Long Run 7- 8 miles
I'm 16 years old and better at 800m than 1500m so if training could be focusing mainly on that that would be great.
Willing to train every day ( changes can't really be made to training just want additions) Thanks
