I'd say about 80 percent. I had her beat by ~12 seconds.

What's her mile/1600m PB or equivalent?
So you were a 4:09 guy in high school? Where did you end up going? Did you end up going sub-4 in college? Are you Kyle Merber?

1600m would be about 4:21, so mile 4:22 or 4:23 or so. I could have taken her as a junior in high school, no problem. I'd draft off her for the first 3 laps then smoke her with my 51 sec quarter relay time at that age.
She was a lot faster than me. Of course, I started as a couch potato who couldn't even run two miles without stopping. How fast would she be over 400? I might have had her there, depending.
95%
98%
By the end of next year I would say over 90%.
I was by about 10 seconds...and went on to run in college haha

No way you were 12 seconds fastervthan het as a HS Junior. I call BS.
I would say it's already over 95%. I know LetsRun has a higher level of talent than gen pop, but how many 4:20 guys are out there? My high school was in one of the better conferences in the country and our 10 schools had maybe 20 guys per year running that.

I said in high school, not just as a junior.
100%
Everyone was slower at some point.
i RAN 16 FLAT in the 5 K as a Freshman and i didn't even try my coach and teammates said i could have been a great Cross runner if i put in the effort and tried even alittle now that i look back i wish i would have tried even 50 percent.
that's not true
....not everyone in high school was slower?.....at some point yes, but that was not the question
I was a very good high school runner in my region. My 16yr old 1600 time converts to about about 4 seconds slower than her 1500. My 17yr old time 1600 converts to about 3 seconds faster. I hope she beats my 17yr old time as well.
Nobody cares if random male was faster
99% and it's not even close.
My college 1500m pr was 4:04.80
i run 4:24 so she's got me beat by about 3 seconds. hopefully not for long though!
