1500 - Sullivan's to lose but Shilit Horowitz will make it interesting
5k - stilin ftw
10k - billy jones or easker maybe
Steeps - Davies bringin it home
How can you count out Widzgowski in the 1500? just ran 1:51 last weekend.

Didn't he get trounced by Horowitz a couple weeks back?
He also lost to him every week in indoor as well. Turned out pretty well for him then. I don't think the is a clear favorite in the 1500 this year. It ussually comes down to a kick and all the top guys can kick. Goodluck to everyone racing this weekend!
Bill Jones said he wants to run sub 29. I think that will sink any chance of being an All-American.
come on man

When and where did he say that? That would be silly yet awesome. I imagine he'll make it exciting one or another though.
I think Crain will win either the 5 or the 10. Those North Central guys always bring it when it counts at nationals.
It makes no sense that Eli Horton is doing the 15 and the 5. He's the top seed in 5 and the 15th in the 1500, so he probably won't do that well in the 15 and then won't be fresh for the 5 if he makes the finals of the 15.
I agree about it being Sullivan's race to lose in the 15, with Horowitz and especially Schillit with the ability to make it interesting. Widzgowski could be up there but I wouldn't say 1:51 all of a sudden makes him a strong contender.
The 800 is superbly weak this year.
After solidly beating LeDuc at NESCACs, its hard to see anyone beating Davies in the steeple.
Is there going to be a live feed?

lol somebody favors north central i guess
800 agreed not necessarily weak but no one head and shoulders above the rest.
1500 there is no chance of dan sullivan losing, fastest time going from back in april, and also the fastest 800 time of the 1500 field.
5k hard to say with people doubling and how the race will play out
steeple i agree with you
10k gotta go with the top seed i think

When Horton ran his 14:12 5K he ran a 1500 the day before. I bet they're trying to do something similar here by having him run a 1500 prelim today before the 5K on Saturday. If he qualifies for the 1500 final on Saturday he'll scratch it and just do the 5K.
Jack Badger FTW in the 8
check yo self rasputin

Well if he scratches the 1500m, then he's out of the 5k and the meet.
Any live video from the meet this year?

Nope. At most conference meets that's true but at nationals you can scratch whatever and whenever you want. It's the same setup as the 2008 Olympic Trials when Rupp ran the 5K prelim, scratched the final, and then ran the 10K.
Incorrect college clown, if you dont show for a race at NCAA's you are out of the rest of the meet. Says it right in the meet paperwork I have sitting in front of me. You make a final, you run the final. This isnt uastf rules. Its a scoring meet which means they use honest effort.

Well Horton didn't make the 1500 final, so it's a moot point now. We'll see how he does in the 5K. Sullivan and Schilit both looked great winning their respective heats.
