The workouts are 3 mile continuous runs.
The choices:
Mile 1 Current 5k race pace
Mile 2 Mile 1 pace + 15 secs
Mile 3 Mile 1 pace + 30 secs
OR
Mile 1 Current 5k race pace + 30 secs
Mile 2 Mile 1 pace - 15 secs
Mile 3 Mile 1 pace - 30 secs
Example using a Current 5k race pace of 6 minutes per mile
Mile 1 6:00
Mile 2 6:15
Mile 3 6:30
OR
Mile 1 6:30
Mile 2 6:15
Mile 3 6:00
