I have a marathon on June 1st. My last marathon was Boston and after that I have not really trained that much (maybe like 2-3 times per week, mostly easy ones, longest run was around 11 miles, and had a couple of relatively easy intervals). The reason I didnt train that much was because I felt some pain on my knees and didnt want to aggravate it. So was mostly focusing on recovery and doing Bikram yoga 4-6 times per week. Now the pain seems to have gone. Are there any key workouts that I can try in the coming 2 and half weeks that can help me benchmark my fitness level and decide to race or not? For example, I was thinking of maybe going for a 30K at around 90% of my marathon goal pace on saturday (2 weeks before the race) or maybe a 10-15 mile at marathon goal pace..
