I've been dealing with sciatica for several years now. The prednisolone shots give me temporary relief but I pursued other options after speaking with a friend and relative who had success with discectomies.
My ortho says I am a good candidate for a lamino-foraminotomy. But I am hesitant and I want to hear from others who have had some experience with this procedure (direct or know someone who has had this procedure). I want to hear both positives and negatives.
