I have run 14:59 and 4:17 this season for 5000m and 1600m. Last week I ran 2x800m(2:12 for both) 2x400m(1:02,1:03) 2x200m(:29,:30)with 3 min rest between intervals and 4 min between sets, feeling comfortable through the workout. What time do you think I will run 3200m this weekend after a 1600m at PR pace about 2 hours before hand?
