Anyone done this workout with good success? I read Zatopek used to do this workout and they said he was crazy, for he was not a sprinter. Zatopek replied " but 30 times 100m is no longer a sprint but an endurance workout." Running the turns hard give me trouble, but I like the idea of hammering the straights as hard as hell, then recovering by jogging the 100m curve before going hard again. Sounds like it could work well. Thoughts? I'm a 47 year old 10k-Marathon guy looking to run sub 35:00-2:49
