Thanks for making me feel incompetent (IAAF > About IAAF > Official Documents > Technical). I had previously reached the page but had no idea how to get back (despite using search).

You're welcome, but it was purely unintentional.

"About IAAF" isn't really an obvious place to expect to find technical documents.

When I did the search, I found "Indoors" and "Combined", as the top two hits, but not the "Outdoors". About the 5th or 6th hit yielded the "Technical Documents" link.

I jest - I was just laughing at myself regarding how much time I spent trying to get back to that Technical page with no luck.
