I had to take a month off running due to injury. I was running 50+ miles per week for 8 weeks prior to the injury. My injury(I think) was too much intensity with the added miles. I am back running and I just ran 32 miles last week. But I don't know where I should structure my training paces. I am going to run easy until 8 weeks before a marathon. My easy pace was 7:53 min/mile. I ran a 10 mile race in 1:03:54 Marh 3rd before I got injured. Any ideas?
