Do you eat/drink/take anything before a run or workout?
Do you eat/drink/take anything during a long run or workout other than water?
Do you eat/drink/take post-workouts (i.e. endurox, accelerade, etc.) and how often?
Do you eat/drink/take any supplemental protein if you do strength training?
Please include a description of weekly mileage, whether you run doubles, etc.
