I know it is really early to be talking about cross but I figured why not. I recently was trolling around TFFRS and noticed the BIG 3 (Calvin, Haverford, and North Central) were losing some pretty important guys in their programs. If I had to speculate right now I'd say Wash. U is poised to make a huge run at a title this season. They are returning a bunch of quick guys from the 5k/10k this outdoor season and only losing Hamm. Calvin looks completely depleted only bringing back Kerk (whose not bad in his own right) unless they have a 5th year up their sleeve. Haverford solid as usual only really losing Kissin and Schilit. Then NCC who is losing Kerley and Mascote will probably be in the hunt as usual. What are your thoughts on the team race? Any dark horse teams based soley off of the past cross season and recent track seasons?
I figure that the Indv. title will be a race between Crain (NCC), Sparks (Wash U.), Stadler (Haverford), Over (Allegheny) and Droddy (St. Olaf)?
