In your question, since the weight is the same, you would normally then use the sex as a tie breaker.

if a ripped 5'5" 120lb male punches a 5'5" 200 lb male with both having equal muscle mass, and obviously the 200 lb. porker having a significant amount of crippling body fat, would that be considered morally correct?

It depends if either one deserved it. Weight and gender are irrelavent. Example; if a terrorist was getting ready to detonate a bomb to blow up you and your family would weight and/or gender matter?
