The "fittest" man? Can he crack 15 minutes for a 5K? 50 seconds for 400 meters? Can he long jump 23 feet? High jump 7 feet? He is one-dimensional and not all that impressive at that.

Very few white people are cross-fitters or Tough Mudders - the only ones who are Tough Mudders are those too slow to do well in real race and must hide "slowness" in a Tough Mudder. Crossfit is a fad that will soon fall out of favor like Tae bo, Zumba, and other fad exercise routines.
