It was just one set, four 1000's, four 400's and two 200's and then that was it. And my PR for the 1600 is 4:40 but it was during the cross country season with no speed work. Now i have a whole winter of training alot of speed work
ok, as i thought - you're in better shape and you know it.
i'd say go for 65, 68, 68, then burn out the tank
