I haven't been able to run in a while. I never ever do strength. I might be what you call "slim but fat", meaning I have normal bmi but no tone at all. I have no serious time goals in running, I just want to add some firmness and time to my body.
I don't want to joint a gym. What's a workout plan I can follow inside?
I could just do push ups and pull ups, but what about legs?
What equipment should I buy?
