Going for this would be a solid prime for Farah in a road 10k. Or half marathon.
Will Cragg be running in Moscow or has he sold his soul to the roads too?
Wow! Cragg finishes a race.
Over here, we prefer 5 Km, not 5K.
Course/conditions info?
I remember Cragg DNFing 5000s for what seemed like two years straight, then hung on to pop a 13:03. Weird dude that way.
What age is Cragg now? Does he have one last big 5k in him? He should go for sub 13
Just checked, he's 33 this year! Thought he was younger.
Marathon is the way to go for Mr Cragg so.
I thnk that is the plan

Cragg is not a marathoner. Some people can do it and some can't. I have no idea why he's given the half marathon and marathon a shot when he ran 13:03 in 2011. He could be a sub 13-sub27 runner. His half marathon of 61:58 is good but not great, and as we know he has a DNF for the marathon.
He should stick with shorter distances. After a 13:24 on the roads which is fast, he should shoot for the 5000m or 10000m at World's instead of doing any more marathons at least for the immediate future

It's probably because he was like 27 when he ran for Arkansas a few years ago

Maybe true but his point was Cragg drops out of a lot of races - 5Ks and 10Ks on the track.
Cragg ran 60:49 at the 2011 NYC Half. The same race Rupp ran his 60:30.
Awesome time, no doubt...but a friend of mine ran Westfield and described it as downhill with a tailwind, point to point with just 2 turns.
He ran 14:18 and his previous PR was 15:02. He was due for a nice PR, but that's obviously a bit silly.
I was 45 seconds faster than I should have been. I wish I was in that shape, but I know better.
He's just another African import, not a real european.
He dropped out of Boston like 10 miles in the year Mutai ran 2:03. I think he has also started a marathon in Japan since then, but dropped out there too.

Unfortunately, no record for Alistair. The course is severely aided, nearly six times the allowable elevation loss for record setting, and the start and finish are too far apart under IAAF rules:
Drop: 5.61m/km (allowable is 1m/km)
Start/Finish Separation: 89.16% of race distance (allowable is 50%)
Still, a strong run for Alistair.

Actually he went through the Half in like 63min range before dropping out.

But he didn't run 5 Km. The Westfield race is a 3-mile run with a 5 Kg weight belt. Hence the "5K" reference.
