I wonder, is "Noggen" a good judge of character? I don't know "Noggen" from Adam.Renato's motives or position doesn't make him wrong automatically. Is that the best you can do? Renato can't speak about dirt because he's clean? Kenyan image crumbling week by week? Weak.Renato is also a better judge of the Kenyan situation than most, because of direct personal experience. You have to balance the good and the bad.Kisorio took steroids. He claims to have also taken EPO. He didn't run faster because of it. He says he was fooled by unethical doctors.Kiptaniu says something generic, like "we have a problem (just like everyone nation in the world)" and that it is "rampant". What does that mean exactly? Maybe he's looking for money, and a new position. Hard to say if he's just talking about a few dozen wannabe's being fooled by a handful of unethical doctors, or if this is an epic 40 year organized scam that involves nearly every successful Kenyan in their history. What exactly do you trust from Kisorio and Kiptaniu, that contradicts Renato?

Renato is a poor judge of the Kenyan doping situation because a) He claims/acknowledges that his own athletes don't dope, so he has no immediate data on that level, and b) He has a HUGE vested interest in maintaining the "clean" image of Kenyans in this regard, which is crumbling week by week. His bias is accordingly very strong.
I much more trust Kisorio and Kiptanui on this.
