Not working for me either....been able to get some information entered but then it fails.
Same problem here. Must be a problem on their end, not ours.
I just registered, but it took awhile - had to fill out the same form like 10 times because the site kept crashing. Can't imagine too many others are having much luck
Just keep hitting the back button on your browser. It'll work eventually.
^^^do this, I had to keep going back a screen about 8 times before I was able to get all the way through.
Was able to register....took a while though.

I'm in but 50/50 whether I'll run much depends on whether IAU/IAAF can find a place to reschedule 100k Worlds. The Koreans bailed Jan 1st and screwed us. Makes it really effing hard to plan a season now not knowing WTF will happen. The Euros are still a go.
Active.com crashed hard. People were charged multiple times. I tried to register on and off for over an hour and never made it through. Just saw on the Chicago facebook feed that they wont' be opening registration again within 2 days. Feel bad for Chicago but this is a disaster.
How much were the unlovely active.com processing fees?
$175 is a lot of cash.

It took me about 45 minutes, but I paid $175 out the door.
Per the Web site there are going to be 15,000 slots up for grabs starting Thursday.
are you saying that there were no pesky active.com processing fees?

That is what I'm saying.

Technically there still were, but the Chicago Marthon decided to absorb them rather then pass them onto the users (you have the choice as an event organizer)...
Ha, good point.
15,000 spots left, no word as to when they'll be up for grabs.
I have to think this is the last year of open registration.
