either way eyes up, chest tall, back straight
too much weight and/or bad form = injuries

I like this video a lot, but there are a number of good ones on YT--for this and a lot of other lifts, too.
There's also a fair number of crappy videos, but I've learned that if you pay attention to the thumbs up/down ratings, or just take a quick trip through the Comments section, you get a sense right away as to whether the vid demonstrated good form/good teaching.
straight bar, I have heard so much advice and am not getting it, I dont get how to lower it, ill put it this way, im so bad at it i got mad and sorta threw the weight i was dead lifting...i clearly can do more
