I've been training for over 4 months for a half marathon. My fitness has improved a lot. The race was supposed to be this Friday but I can't make it now because I'm starting a new job this weekend. What should I do? I can't do another half any time soon. 1. Run a time trial on Tuesday instead (15k? 20k?) 2. Take a week off 3. Train for a 5k coming up in about a month's time 4. Start training for a marathon in November 4. Other (please give details) Thanks for your advice. |
