Sun: 4X1500 or 3X2000 (5K pace)
Mon: Fartlek
Tue: 8X800 (3K pace)
Wed: Road Run
Thu: 16X200 (1500 pace)
Fri: Rest or fartlek
Sat: Race or Time Trial
Sun: 4-6X400 (800 pace)
Mon: Road Run
Tue: 2X300+4X200+4X100 (400 pace)
Wed: Fartlek
Thu: Time trial
Fri: 100m accelerations or pace change workout
Sat: Rest
That's the running, then you add in the weights and everything else he did.
If you think a crosfitter can do that, why don't you try it? Most people who are not Coe are going to find this to be extremely hard.
