That was not a particularly impressive run for him...
Warren and Yohan on the track now for heat 3
Yohan Blake and Usain Bolt in different heats. What a cop out.
No surprise though.
Bolt looked like he was jogging form-wise--because of his incredible speed. But looked pretty tired at the end. Weir and Blake up now in a different heat. What's up with that?
Blake 2nd 46.64
46.23 for Warren
46.64 for Blake
Blake didn't even win his heat... Hah...
They gave Bolt a softer heat

But that was just a heat, right? It didn't really look like he was taking it easy, but he could have been saving a bit.
I'm not sure if that was just a heat or the final. They didn't clarify. All these guys are just in their base phase though. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the final.
Why did they call it section not heat on the front page?

Probably cos they never intended them to run a final. And they didn't want Bolt to face Blake.
Weir is a world class 400 guy. Blake went against him and lost. Bolt would have wanted to win.
As an aside, going out 'hard' or less hard makes no difference when you are sprinter like Bolt. You'll still feel like sheet in the last 100 m.
Bolt was more focused on looking easy than he was interested in running fast. That doesn't get a fast 400. And may make him back off from doing too many more. Or he may go out pissed and run a hard one that wil challenge the world record. But he won't find it easy.
I'll chime in to say that the post was clearly sarcastic.
That dude understands sarcasm the way Alanis Morissette understands irony.
