This was not a PR for Lowry. He ran 13:34 outdoors last year.

Great race by Kevin Williams! Really in shape and racing great - good time in the 3k too. Big 12 final with he and Shadrack is going to be a good one.

It would have been nice to see Williams and Shadrack lead a lap or two during the race, when the heavy lifting was done by the Wisconsin guys and Rotich.

They were complete heroes in the last 50, though. Congrats to them. Awesome guys.
