Rupp can run 3:53/54 indoors off almost any pace until we see others do that, he would be in any mile race he runs and a favorite at that most times from what we have seen recently,at least for this indoors.

He does not have a chance in hell of getting the record , not even close.
Agreed on the great racer comment , he is not a record runner unless he is super fit and races to a record vs gets paced to record.
Boston was not a easy win.
1.) It's too early to tell.
2.) He broke the recently broken UO mile record.
Did Salazar ever say anything about Centro making an honest AR attempt? Centro usually isn't in tip-top shape to run like that during indoors... Granted he ran a 3:53.9 last year, so I could aee him shedding 1.5-2 seconds if the pacing is right. But if you watched him during Indoor Worlds 1500m, when the kicking started, he got dropped like a bad habit and finished 7th. I don't think he works that much on speed during indoor
I would think Rupp Recently has broken EVERY Duck record
Indoors from Indoor mile and I would think that is better than their outdoor mark and up
NOT the 15 record, that is Wheating's and by a bit?
Wheating's 3:30.90 converts to 3:48.x mile? Plus he has run 1:44.x
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
