Honestly didn't even know they still made true running shoes. Haven't been to a specialty running store that's sold them at least in the past couple years. I think Zigs ruined all credibility they ever had in the running shoe industry. Certainly made me lose all respect for them. I bet Bobby and Kim are happy to have cut ties with them. Saw Bobby is now with Hansons, hopefully Kim can get a good contract with Asics or maybe Adidas.
You are aware that adidas owns Reebok, right ? I'd think that Saucony might be an option for her because of her close ties to Molly Huddle.

I wonder about Nick Willis. I always understood Reebok was a lot bigger in NZ than the US. In the US they barely have any real running shoes and seem to be going after the crossfit market instead.
I wonder who's going to pick up Willis?

does that mean nick willis is out of luck?
correct me if im wrong but is reebok not the main sponsor for Zap Fitness?
She should sue. Sounds like assault to me. You can't pick up a grown woman and just drop them on the ground. Shame on Reebok for this careless act of violence.

Especially Smith, she looks brital.
You are well funny!

Or brittle.
You really need to work on your headline writing. Talk about burying the lede! They didn't single Smith out, which is totally the implication of your post title.
My sincere apologies. I didn't major in journalism.
A dozen years ago, Reebok gave a lot of support to the local club I ran for, the Central Mass Striders. For a couple of years, everyone on the racing team was entitled to eight pairs of shoes a year, and although we were competitive on the New England road circuit, there were only a few guys on the team who could run even as fast as Kim Smith. Then they started canning some of their reps, and we were soon free of the tacit obligation to race in those awful DMX shoes that shredded the hell out of my and others' Achilles tendons after about five miles. Along the way the Enclave group in D.C. went tits up, and now this. Seems like the predictable culmination of an extended trend.
I hope Mizuno picks her up.
Mizuno is dropping athletes as well. Just like every other shoe company following an Olympic year. Just ask Rizzo.
Mizuno deal sucks. They just give shoes and gear and crappy bonuses. Don't be fooled.
Reebok is quickly dropping out of most sports advertising in general, as they are moving out from sponsoring basketball players, too.

Isn't that a little like General Motors deciding to stop spending advertising dollars on the promotion of four-wheeled objects with engines in them? What else do they do?
I heard Reebok is going full on crossfit.
