I know it depends on the coach but I just want a better idea.

Go to mcmillanrunning.com and type in a decent time. It will give you a range of paces for easy runs.
Anywhere from 6 min pace to 7 min pace.

Agree. Went on a few 50 minute runs with a some Big Ten runners last winter. Every run was around 6:35-6:45 pace.
