Are you really serious? Look at what you just said "She'd be happy to take any test at any time of the day". Of course she'd be happy to take any test now cause she doesn't anymore, and she doesn't need to take any peds anymore!

What would be paula's marathon time without peds?
Seriously, a thread from 2013?

Think about that for awhile.
Good point. It isn't banned because the substance is not known yet. Think of the clear and victor conte. Only way it was found out was cause a coach outed them. I think paula took some epo like substance that is not known yet. Think of steroids. It was inveted by nazi germany. If the nazi had kept it tightly secret, we probably wouldn't know now that steroids existed. Whatever they gave paula and whoever gave it to her, they're doing a pretty good job of keeping it secret

Paula wasn't competing in 2013 when cas wrote the message so my replay is valid
Paula was faster because she was using less energy to run 5.10 pace than other runners.
Get that: less energy, less oxygen. This has been proven by her lactate curve.
Any of you clowns know what a lactate curve is?

Clowns lol
How do you figure she was using less energy with her head bobbing form?

Her head bobbing had nothing to do with the rest of her running form, idiot.

The extreme head bobbing and arm flailing cost her several minutes in a marathon. There is no doubt about that. The bobblehead form is extremely inefficient. Go out and try it for one lap, you will be exhausted.
Biggest drug cheat ever. She needs to be in prison.

Without the heading bobbing & flailing Paula would have been 10 minutes slower over the course of a 'thon.
Do you know PR? She's way too insecure to dope. Being caught doping would have destroyed her, not just as a runner but as a person.

100% agree. She actually runs in a similar manner as most four legged animals in terms of moving her head. Just watch a horse. Plus it helped her breathe better.
Jim Ryun ran quite similarly, but not as pronounced. Two bobbleheads, two WR holders. They were perfectly balanced running in such a manner. It looks terrible to most people because they don't have the experience of what that sensation feels like.

No. Jim Ryun had a very slight head loll, maybe two inches during a flat out kick. radcliffe\\\'s chin nearly hits her sternum on the way down, and goes far above horizontal on the way up. She basically bobs as far as her neck will stretch up and down for over two hours. Jim Ryun had zero arm flail, radcliffe is a windmill. radcliffe is not four legged, is not a horse, and has exceedingly inefficient mechanics for a human. As pointed out before, go out and try the headbobbing for one minute to see how exhausting it really is. She\\\'s a doper, probably the most outrageous doper ever, plain and simple.
Its ok, Sage found his calling with 50 miler trail runs.
It's OK, everybody with a mind knows that she was dirtier than the floor of a movie theater.
False and shame on you. Paula was always clean. Paula simply worked harder than the others...miles ahead of Karrogant (actually Paula's pr would have literally put her close to 2 miles ahead of Groucher's best race).

This TRUE. Jim Ryun, while most erotic/seductive/gifted widdle-distance wunner of ALL TIMES with manly hindquarters like HORSE, did not bob head like Paula. Paula bob head like giving BJ to well-hung man, like AFFORMENTIONED Ryun for over 2 hours 15 minutes. This is tiring to longus colli and longus capitis, trapezius, etc.
We don't know enough about running yet to write off her form. Seriously.
We do know of things like there is a tendon at the back of the head that apparently goes down the neck that controls head motion for the purpose of running. It is unique to humans. What is also unique is our ability to sweat for cooling and run/jog/walk for extreme distances. Our build and general locomotion style is built for running, walking, hiking, climbing for very long periods of time.
Very few people run (out of the entire population of 7 bill) and a very, very small percentage of those runners, run with seriousness. Almost none at Paula's level.
10K: Defar, Dibaba, Kipyego....a few others.
Any scientific experiment would not be worth the paper it was documented on, if the data set was 6 humans to represent 7 billion humans. Or whatever/however, you want to utilize the numbers.
An obvious experiment happens right in front of our eyes today. In Kenya on any given training day, there are hundreds of high-end - according to our standards - distance runners that gather so to go for a training run together. Let's just pick numbers for discussion sake. Let's say 300 male runners show up all capable of running a marathon in sub-2:20 now or soon. Some capable of sub-2:15....sub-2:10 and a few capable of more, like Patrick Makau, Emmanuel Mutai etc etc.
Does the rest of the entire planet collectively offer that?
Even if it does, the question isn't even odd in its relevance. But it is very odd when you consider the numbers...300 out of 7 billion or 3.x billion males is still not an experiment that holds water. Yes you will get a general idea, but let's say 2.5 billion able-bodied males took up running pre-teen with the idea of getting to the Olympics one day.
We would see all kinds of wild performances because the number of bodies seriously training is so extremely different.
As a Brojo mentioned, her shorter distances match well and are not that extreme, hence the world has to catch up to her in the marathon. Also, her 2:15:25 was in perfect conditions. Offer those same conditions to Dibaba on the right day after optimum training and she will do it too.
PR had world record form.
