Sorry, but Rupp does not have 49s 400 speed. 51s is a very reasonable estimate.

Regardless, Rupp is not among the top six 10,000 runners in history. Why do you think he is among the top six milers? You really have no idea what 3:28 is, do you?
Rupp might be able to do 3:32, IF dragged by pacers to 1100. In perfect conditions. Likely 3:33-3:34 will be the best he ever posts.
