This is ridiculous. Parks should be reserved for walkers, runners, cyclists, and joggers. A park is not a gym. I can see how this could easily become a problem in a relatively small park.

It's certainly a problem but it sounds like a good problem to have. You don't usually hear a story about there being too many people out exercising.
Some of the goofball personal trainers in NoVa have their fledglings doing exercises on the WOD. It's not enough to have runners, bikers, walkers (with dogs) and bladers out there, now you have people bouncing balls and high stepping while lifting kettleballs and more. Excellent.

Withdraw the doggy laws and once the grass is covered in poop and dogs are rampant, the x-fitters will take their kettlebells elsewhere.
