Never doubt the Bagder. I only speak facts.
Sprints position left to fill?
I've had the privledge of working along side Gavin. Congrats Wisconsin,
As an Ohio State parent I am very saddened to see KD go. He was a great coach and an easy to deal with guy. I wish him the best!
Ya my friend said that too. Good hire by sjsu!

Yet another coach who has not done anything remotely worthy of his new hire. Maybe if he stayed in one place for a while. He could build a decent coaching resume.
Illinois women's XC?
What about Illinois distance?
Any word on Oregon assistant sprints/hurdles job?
I am sure the jumps job at Purdue will be offered and promised to at least 6 people at the same time.

Illinois will be moving away from the XC and hiring a 2nd sprints Coach. Rumor has it that a Coach from the Northeast region will be coming in to Coach the sprints. Garner will look to bring in a Volunteer to Coach the distances.
It's disappointing to say the last with the talent that is on that roster. I would start looking elsewhere if I was one of those girls on that cross country/distance team.
The UT Dallas job is an effing joke! They are looking for a pitching coach in softball and to make the job full time, the new coach will have the women's cross country team also.

Not sure if UC-Davis is in the northeast. I didn't do well in geography.
Second: Other asst job posting closes 8/13 on illinois.edu.
Illinois should hire Brent McLain. He lead the Rend Lake women to a JUCO national title!!! Has good international ties.
Watch them rumors. They can make you look stupid.

Obviously another disgruntled distance coach that is upset about their current situation. Not really sure how you figure KD isn't qualified for the position at LSU? Last I checked LSU is pretty successful and I would guess that Coach Shaver knows what he is doing when he makes a hire. I think that KD has proven that he can coach. Look at the improvements at UNLV after 1 year of him being there. I don't know KD personally either but my guess is that he is and will be a great recruiter for LSU and I am sure that may have had a lot of weight in Coach Shaver decision to hire him. It seems that the only reason this thread exists sometimes is for jealous pissed of coaches to vent their frustrations. If you want the BIG JOB then make a name for YOURSELF!! KD obviously has

South Carolina is supposedly going to be Andrew Allden, though I've also heard a local high school coach is in the running.
I know KD a little bit and he's a good guy, and dynamic personality. That should translate well to recruiting at LSU. My feeling is that he realized that the OSU women's program cares next to nothing about anything other than sprints/hurdles and figured he could be more successful at LSU.
Rumors may make you look stupid, but isn't that what this whole board is, rumors?
Yes there is the Coach from UC-Davis, but I have heard that there will be another sprints Coach as well coming in from the Northeast.
