I think Nick Regan has the most upside in this league. Solid as a freshman at Maryland and 30:58 at Penn State this year? Sleeper?

Educated... Thank you. I apologize. My comment clearly struck Bison fans as insensitive.
Lots of action this weekend on the women's side of the ledger. Note: All times are adjusted per TFRRS. Army's Junta ran the best PL mile of the early season at Harvard in 4:55PB while Bison's Tolli ran 4:57PB at the Gulden Invite.
In the 3K, Navy's Beveridge ran 10:00PB at the Terp Invite and Colgate's Brackett ran 10:09PB at Cornell but neither came close to Junta's PL leading 9:45 set a couple of weeks ago. Navy's Christina Blair ran a nice double with a 10:10 3K and a 5:02 mile. Both times were personal bests.
Navy's Byrne displaced Junta at the top of the leader board in the 5K with a 17:02SB. Along with Beveridge (17:05) and Junta (17:03) that's three Patriot League women in the top ten nationally so far this season.
How's the Horse?

I would rather you go back to making gay jokes than reciting results that can be easily found and that no one cares about.
seriously bro? wrote:

Clearly. There is more interest in the success of Navy's top three women distance runners on the HEPS thread than there is over here. And, what makes you think I'm a bro, Jo?

Yes, I confess, I'm a total noob. So tell me, where do I get what looks like a heat sheet for a race on Friday 2/1.
Thanks Caveman! Looking in the wrong place was I.
hahah, see! No one cares for you or your comments here, bro. When will you learn and just stop posting? Or maybe make a women's thread so you can talk to yourself without bothering the rest of us. If you're going to stay here at least tell us who you are, you faceless troll.

Don't feed the troll.
Why ain't no one postin. I ain't tryna read a thread less active than the dingus d3 ne thread. they a bunch a dinguses. lets get dis fire sparked. who ya got in the women's hammer rusty?
Patriot League competition in women's indoor hammer is wide open, anybody can win this. Look for exciting updates in the coming weeks.
Navy distance men did put the hammer down and had a big weekend at the Wesley Brown Invite with a PL leading 4:10 mile from Weston, four guys under 8:20 in the 3K and 3 guys under 15:00 in the 5K (all times adjusted). Word is that Johnson was trying to set the track record in 1000 (last home event for his career) and lost his shoe on the start. Lousy luck.
On the women's side across the league, nine runners went under 3:00 in the 1000 all now in the top 12 for the indoor campaign and 3 more broke 10:00 in the 3k (Byrne - Navy, Tolli and Jessee - Bucknell). No real action in the women's 5K - maybe next weekend.
Lafayette swept the 800 and 1000, won the mile, took second in the 3k and won the 4 x 8 in the dual meet. Looks like Julio still knows middle distance!

Word is that Lehigh is making all middle distance runners do 140 mpw and the distance guys top off near 200 mpw. wait for the peak.
Exceptionally strong race by Lyle O'Brien in the 3k at Angry Birds. Really showed what he is made of over the last 400 meters running away from the likes of Volkman(1:54ish) and Jimmy Miller who is a 14:20-low guy.

Birdman, this was at the dual meet no?
It was the duel meet and yes, Lyle is a sick fck. None of y'all want him in the steeple outdoors. Despite what people might have seen last weekend his mile/ mid-d game is pretty suspect imo. I wouldn't trust him in anything shorter than a 3k. He's certainly no Evan "Big D1ck" Flach.
