from what I've seen on the site, Furman deserves to be mentioned with those recruiting classes
Also, it seems Notre Dame has compiled a very solid class too

Stanford gets such a great recruiting class every year! Are the academics just too rigorous to have a championship xc team or too many great runners to focus attention (especially with both genders so talented)?
Yes, but it's very expensive so that's not going to be a school some will choose to stay at. I guess that's why it's still important for a div 1 program to go through the recruiting process.
Therese Haiss to Oregon
Alli Cash to Oregon
Oekerman has run 15:14 for 5k (XC)

The Metro Conference's 5k road race championship doesn't count.

Thus far according to let's run:
Brickell 8th at fl as jr
Connor Sorrells 9:01 as jr
Troy Reeder 4:09 as jr
Tanner Hinkle 9:14 as jr
Too bad their assistant coaches can't run for them. Coach See and Coach Leslie both went 3:57 this past weekend in their openers and Cory's was on a flat 200m track.

What about girls? Washington certainly would be up there with two US Top-5 commits (Neale and Knight)... but where are the other top young women headed?
