Minmial shoes gave me plantar fascitis
I had it for a year, tried everything, nothing worked until I did 2 things: 1.switch to a minimalist shoe (NB 5000 or Asics Piranha) and 2. a deep tissue/sports massage of my foot.
I’ve had it on and off since 1993. I’ve tried everything short of surgery. The only thing that really works for me is to make my arches spasm, which makes them then relax. I do that every night. It’s been like magic.
