I liked the 2010 > 70+ AG race video, with Sid Howard and Thom Weddell going head to head, until Howard pulled away in the last 150m. 5:50 and 5:54.
I know it's around somewhere.
Excellent. Thanks for posting. Good coverage of the men's race as well.
Best running footage of all time? Are you kidding me? There are ZERO shots of the long jumpers walking around, ZERO panoramic views of the host city, ZERO token focus-shifting shots of the rain and the field lights in the background, and ZERO quick peeks at the Queen.
Lol, funny.
And yes those vids were good quality for the fifth avenue.

Great post!
Is Hannah England's form always that awful?
This video is great--a bit of background on all the key players before the race to give narrative context, a focus on the actual race (in the context of those narratives) during the race, high production value, and a good host/announcer. Well done Karla Bruning and NYRR!
Good run by Martinez, tactically. She looked like she knew what she was capable of and when to strike, and it turned out very well for her, she won convincingly. Pierce ran well too.
Jenny ran about the opposite...
Yeah those chicks were smokin’ hot! Unfortunately I “finished” before they did and was already asleep when Martinez broke the tape.
Only issue I had with the coverage was a lack of split info of any kind. I don't need times for something like this but there was never any indication of how close they were to the finish.
Other than that, great video!

Her finish was really strong. Good race and a nice season for her.

There are ways to fix your fast "finishes."

I'd love to see that...
