Agreed. Thanks for posting.
thanks, still...long way to go!
Awesome. He really started to pick it up towards the end. Thanks for posting. The last video was very difficult to watch.
Very encouraging video and just proof of how much being in fit before an injury can accelerate recovery afterwards.
I'll go out on a lim and say that he could run about a 7 minute mile right now which is really good. I wonder if he can run at all right now? I'm sure the fitness is there, but doctors would want any screws and other supports to stabilize the bones before that ever happens.
Let's hope he can get all the way back and medal in the triathlon in Rio.
Somebody should introduce him to Bryshon Nellum.
Wow, looks great.
Thanks for posting this.
This may have already been posted as it's a couple weeks old, but there's an extended audio interview with Lukas here:

Considering the shape he was in at that time, he's amazingly upbeat. Good to see he's progressing well.
Keep LV in your thoughts when you do a walk, jog, run, swim or whatever. The positive energy helps. LV is quite an inspiration.
A Duck, I hate you; however, thanks for posting that - inspirational!
Did his wang doodle regain function?
A Duck - you're a Dick!
But that's a great post - thanks!

Great news, LV! I wish him the best. You can see he's a fighter, he looked like he was trying to push the pace there in the end. Tough kid.
You see that at end of video..he was picking up the damn pace! Nurse had to start picking up her stride. Dang distance greats just can't help it! Looked good! Great news.

"positive energy"? What the heck are you talking about? Do you seriously think that me thinking positive thoughts about LV while I am out on my runs will somehow induce some sort of mystical force that permeates the galaxy and subtly influences the recovery of LV?
Seriously?
damn, and to think i was moping about having to take a week off for jarring my back....will definitely be thinking of LV when im out running again.

There are some weird people on this thread.
They should just inject him with steroids and growth hormone so he can be back competing in one month- not just walking normal
