Drop Julie. She doesn't know anything regarding coaching. Has no idea how to properly develop a world class athlete. I hope New Balance forces her to make a switch. Jenny is truly an amazing runner

She needs good sex!
She's had exactly one good race since she left Wetmore (Granted, it was a high-profile race).
She ran 3:59 as a collegiate training for the steeple... she's run 4:04 as a pro training for the 1500.
Her agent wont say anything, he just wants the money. He should have never entered her in this race. Her strength is down. Bad management. Needs better guidance
Not a solid showing.

Go back to Coach Wetmore. Beg him to take u back
Nike and Cap are laughing. Stuck his wiener in Josh Rowe
She would do better with her husband coaching her
Kick Julie to the curve
agree on coach. never close to wetmore performances since. henner's record w/lukezic wasn't great either. 1 wc gold is fantastic but she'll have that still with the old coach, but could add 3:58 and low 9 steeple.
Someone anyone close to her, advice Jenny to make a change fast. She is a "World Class" athlete not a DFL in a diamond league
If Jenny doesn't make a change she will never run in the Olympics again. Development, does Julie know what this means. New Balance should go ahead and fire her themselves
I believe that Scott Raczko is available.
New Balance appears to foster athletes who perform erratically, Maggie Vessey as well.
She couldn't even stay up for 1000m- that is not a sign of lack of strength. that is mental.
Why would Wetmore ever take Jenny back? She is a headcase, they had a falling out, and he has Jenny 2.0 now (Emma Coburn).

Although she's not as high profile as Vessey or Simpson, they do have Conley who I don't know to have had a "down" race in a few years.
Maybe she and Webb could get a volume discount from someone.

Based on pre-race comments, I'm pretty sure she would consider today's race to have been a "down" race.
I think she's just inconsistent. She's had two good 1500m races in her life. Maybe she was pressing too hard this year for the Olympics and the pressure got to her.
Changing coaches all of the time isn't great for your mental preparation, either. Although, I think she trains alone or with guys, including her husband. She could probably benefit from a training group with other top 1500/5k women.
She might need to leave altitude for a while since her speed seems to have left her this season.
