I won an amateur motocross race when I was 17. That set up my life for success. I raced a few more years then went to college. But that win was what made me a man. I'll never forget it. Let's hear your big individual moment.

There's a very recent thread that you can search for--something like "what's your claim to fame?"

I spent two years at Berkeley and survived paying 2 years of BART fares. If you didn't know, BART has NO discounts and NO monthly passes at all period. BART was blackmailed by the unions and stabs riders in the back.

Clearly written by someone without children. First of all, you at least would have to find someone who would sleep with you. Lots of people here are probably dreaming of that day.
Second, having children is no big deal (once you have a mate) unless you've got a medical problem. Some people do have such medical problems and having children is the biggest joy in their lives.
Third, without medical problems, having children is no big deal, but raising them successfully is among the most challenging things anyone could do. Anyone who says otherwise either did not have children or is discounting the incredibly difficult task they succeeded at.
HATE TO CHANGE THE SUBJECT BUT I PAID NBC FOR THE 2012 OLYMPIC TRIALS AND PAID NBC FOR THE LONDON 2012 OLYMPICS AND WATCHED THE WHOLE THING AND THE USA WON ZERO DISTANCE MEDALS. WHAT THE HELL! LAST TIME I'M FALLING FOR THAT RIP.
