Either the federation is ultra image-conscious and prefers to err on the side of caution, or they know something they're not disclosing.
Although she has maxxed-out at only 11.18 (+2.0) this year, this is a drag for SKN.
Based on this information, if I were directing testing for WADA, I would do everything in my power to test her immediately. If there is something untoward going on, it should be revealed and investigated, even if it is the spiking of an otherwise-legal substance from a commercial source.
