Low volume seems perfect for jackie, she would be able to train with rowbury. Jackie only runs about 55-60 miles a week. seems like a pretty good idea |

I am under the impression that Coach Cook lives in Florida and Rowbury trains in the Bay Area. So, why would Jackie move to Texas? Unless, it is to train with Manzano. Is she moving to Austin? |
