Not sure if this was already linked, but highly recommended. Features Lydiard running in NZ and explaining his methods, as well as Jack Foster and John Walker training, among others. Highlights:
-A runner demonstrates the three types of hill training while Lydiard explains the technique and benefits.
-Very rare (if the only?) footage of Jack Foster describing his training and dramatic images of him running in steep farmlands and sheep tracks. For those who read his autobiography, what you see is very consistent with what he wrote then: really challenging terrain and a lower mileage schedule than that espoused by Lydiard. We even see Jack hosing down his legs.
Great stuff.
