In the same race Torrence and Leer go 3:37. Not a bad result, just thought it was noteworthy. It is doubtful that he will have any more races before the Olympics..

nice result for mulder in the 800- 1:44, pretty bummed he's not on the team. Looks like the 800 collegiate guys are pretty fried with Jock and Martin, not a bad result for Greer though
Emily Infield ran the women's 1500m, 4:07.77. She hasn't graduated yet, right?
Donn won a 3k in Rome earlier in the week and will run one more at a meet in Poland before the games.
Yeah, his 3k time though was not that impressive (8:12 - his steeple PR is 8:19 or near that). It must have been poor conditions or something... but hey, he still won the race.

Donn flew out on the 12th ran the 3k on the 14th, he would still be effected by jet lag. Clearly over that now judging by his 1500 time, it will be interesting to see how the 3k on Saturday in Szcezcin goes.
Szcezcin, Poland on Saturday? Good to know. Thanks.
Cabral is the real deal. I watched that Oxy race. He has excellent speed and looks nowhere near maxed out at the steeple. He too (like Jager) could break 8:10 some day.

Looks like Greer has been getting stronger as the season goes along. Good showing in the Trials, and each race in Europe has gotten faster.

Emily has graduated, but has one season of indoor and outdoor track eligibility left. No XC left. That is a PR for her from last year's USATF nationals.
Torrence would rock the steeple. Would have loved for a team of Jager, Torrence and Cabral.
Cabral ran 7:53 in his 3,000 race this past Saturday. A nice PB for him with a good finish. 2:41/5:21 means Donn probably closed around 2:31-2 for the last K.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
