My guess is the Ferris State kid who started that thread with his login information and school email address, had it removed. He wrote the first post stating he was not affiliated with any team, not realizing his email was showing up to all who hovered over his screen name. Should be a good and interesting year for the GLIAC! |

They are still not D2 budding, this is the GLIAC we are talking about. All im saying is keep an eye out for Malone, they are going to surprise a few teams. Some people need to throw some predictions out there. Is Colin Fisher the individual favorite? GV loses a ton, who do they have returning? |

Looking at last year's results for Northwood.. They don't look like they will contend for the GLIAC title. Individually I would say Fisher is probably the biggest threat for the individual title with a 9th place finish last year as a freshman. GV lost a TON. Ashland loses its top 3 but has two frosh return from the top 5. Malone loses it's No. 1 from last year but every other runner returns, including two redshirts that have run low 25s and gains a frosh who will be one of the top 7 for the team. |

The top 7 were all under 54 minutes. The top runner ran 52:14. They actually had 13 under 55 minutes. They return 6 of their top 7 and three of them were sub 15 in their only 5k race on the track last season. One of them returns with a 14:35 5k PR in early April. Was their only track race of the season. Last year at the time trial the top 7 were under 57 minutes and the winner ran 53 mid. He graduated. Most of them redshirted during track season so their track credentials aren't really that great. |
