Is this bad for me? I started craving pickles as of late for some reason. I started developing a taste for the juice and now I drink it after every run. I will have a few sips of it and then drink a bit of water. I also like to drink the juice of pickled onions. |

I read an article on Bill Rodgers in the 70's and he also drank pickle juice. Worked out well for him. |

You can look it up, but that's a great way to enhance glycogen replacement because of the vinegar. Seriously. You might even find some articles on it. |
