Is this bad for me? I started craving pickles as of late for some reason. I started developing a taste for the juice and now I drink it after every run. I will have a few sips of it and then drink a bit of water. I also like to drink the juice of pickled onions.

At least you don't have a choc milk addiction. I spend 20 bucks a week on the stuff.

I read an article on Bill Rodgers in the 70's and he also drank pickle juice. Worked out well for him.

You can look it up, but that's a great way to enhance glycogen replacement because of the vinegar. Seriously.

You might even find some articles on it.

Vinegar is extremely acidic, like lemons, and dissolves the enamel off your teeth.
