NYU beating Oneonta and RPI pretty easily, and RPI looks like the most over rated team in the region.

Definitely overrated. There's no way NYU's JV squad should have spanked them like that
RPI also put out a JV squad. The top 7 from last week were not in the field today.

I think this guy drank some mercury when he was a child because that was clearly NYU's varsity squad and RPI's JV squad. Maybe you should actually look at the results before making stupid posts.

Congrats to the Guarino brothers for once again proving they have nothing better to do than race in college races. What an accomplishment..
+1. Sadly enough, they aren't the only ones.

NYU placing 3rd behind the 3rd and 4th ranked NE schools. Their top 3 looked great, but they need a 4 and 5 to step up. where does everyone think they stack up against geneseo/cortland/rochester
Why travel a JV team to Williams? Did they tempo it too?
Oof. NYU women finish seventh of fifteen. Same thing: good (though not *as* good) through three, then a break.
No idea how this will affect coming rankings.

Geneseo
Rochester
Cortland
NYU
St. Lawrence
Oh kibitzer, your smarter than that, the NYU women ran well for the most part, look a little deeper and you will figure it out.Cousens sick, put her at 2 spot and now how good do they look. 3 frosh in top 5, first 6k ever.. They do need Norton, Bincyzk to step up, and where the hell is their steeple girl Satzke?

Nah, it's not Nick McD. He's a Syracuse grad and knows how to write "you're."
Bates is running at RPI's invite on 10/6 according to their website. Who else can we expect to be there from the Atlantic?

CLASSIC Joe Livote callout. Should have closed harder
Just saying after seeing Rochester's I am not impressed at all. No way does your number one runner run 26:19 and deserve to be #12 team in the nation no matter what the conditions were. Wasn't even like their "depth" was impressive. Come on, #2-3 runners 26:33/34? #4 man 26:42 and #5-7 between 26:53/58/59.
Cortland on the other hand did impress me. Averaged 19:11 for 6k on a sloppy course. 5 guys under 19:30 and 9 guys under 19:55, not bad at all. The only team that might be able to run similar or better times is Geneseo. Should be a pretty competitive race at SUNYACS, Regionals and Nationals.
Geneseo had a bye week, so nothing to really talk about.
SLU how they got into the Gold race, I don't know. Rakoc will be like 200th in that race as their top guy so should be a pretty terrible race for them to be in.
NYU RPI Oneonta, really nothing impressive from whatever race they were running in either. Maybe a slow course? cause the times were not fast.
Really????& wrote:

Why not? It looks like RPI is less than an hour away? What is the difference with that and Cordtland tempoing?
