Look for Brockport to be much improved this year too. |

Why is Oneonta getting so much love? They are a good team, but mostly mid distance guys. |

Brockport still wont be a top 5 team in the SUNYAC, they had not one guy break 15:40 in the 5k this outdoors and are in a tough conference and region where they won't make a splash. Oneonta has potential this year, Harvey with a 9:08 SC is a serious time and Longo with a 15:16 is a pretty solid 1-2 punch but well see if they can put it together come October/November. |

let me guess..you're from Brockport trying to make your team seem great.. when you aren't even likely for top 5 in sunyacs |
| here comes oswego...next year |
| ||
|
First of all we have got a new coach and some good recruits so maybe next year for us! But Longo was 15:02ish in indoors. I love Cortland there and geneseo! Millar will kill it and so will Dylan.miles to geneseos adds depth to the conference and who can't be excited about that and nick Marc from Cortland is back no one will touch them. Here we go sunyac and here we go oswego! |

I was gonna bring up Vassar--they seem to keep edging up--until I realized that a lot of their front group last year were seniors. Based on what I've seen from the program, though, I think they'll still be competitive. They're still pretty new to track, and I think their progress there will have some carryover to the fall. They were 13th(? I think) in the region (with a bad race) last year--might move up a bit, despite the graduation losses. BTW I have no connection (of any kind) to Vassar or its team. |

You underestimate the impact of Brian Cole leaving Brockport. |

You underestimate the impact of Brian Cole leaving Brockport.[/quote] So you're saying Brockport won't beat SUNY Buff St in xc? |

Not only are these two teams irrelevant in the Atlantic region, they are also irrelevant in the SUNYAC conference. Why are we even mentioning them? |

Can anyone confirm that the Atlantic Region is expanding to include some western New England teams? I've heard that Amherst & Williams are joining. |

Cortland fields a top 5 team at nationals this year. Calling it now. Marcantonio and Fannon ftw. |

People on the NE thread said starting in 2013, teams west of the Connecticut River will be joining...or something like that. I think someone said teams such as Williams and Midd will be joining, not Amherst. Could be wrong though...I guess we'll find out soon enough. |

Fannon's training has been slightly off track over the course of the summer.Albeit it is the off season and the season is only just upon us. Make of it what you will but it is don't neglect to factor in this information when its time to leave. |

Oneonta will be very good this year... 6 or 7 sub-2:00 800 runners coming back plus Harvey & Longo. Calling them for top 3. |

I'm predicting Plattsburg to do very well this year. Someone on the team told me that they might get a new coach. Not sure if this is true? |
