If you were purely using mile times as a way of gauging a person's overall fitness, where would you say the boundries are for: Extremely unhealthy (ie unable to complete a mile) Very unhealthy Healthy Very healthy etc. At what point does a mile time become TOO fast, so that it starts to impact upon a person's health in other areas? I'm struggling to word this but I think you get the gist of what I'm trying to say. Just curious. |
