Mile Time - Overall Health, Correlation 7/10/2012 11:20AM Reply | Return to Index | Report Post
If you were purely using mile times as a way of gauging a person's overall fitness, where would you say the boundries are for:
Extremely unhealthy (ie unable to complete a mile)
Very unhealthy
Healthy
Very healthy

etc.

At what point does a mile time become TOO fast, so that it starts to impact upon a person's health in other areas?

I'm struggling to word this but I think you get the gist of what I'm trying to say. Just curious.

You talking health, or fitness? Probably much under 5:00 for the mile wouldn't be fit in a crossfit sense.
