I just need a little interpretation on some labs. Counts have been dropping for two months and no one will hazard a guess until reports come back. Just trying to prep for possibilities.

post them up
I've done this on LR.com before with pretty good feedback. Post your numbers and I suspect you will get some thoughts from a few people.
You need to be way more specific. Counts of what dropping? WBCs, HgB, Plts?
About two months ago counts were within norms for me (elevated creatinine, low WBC, low RBC). Last month I went to MD Anderson and they noted some way off percentages. I'll try and post the highlights since I have way more low/high values than normals. Below are a month ago and today's. Still waiting on marrow biopsy...hopefully tomorrow.
6/12
WBC - 8.5
RBC - 2.8
Hemo - 9.7
Hema - 28.1
Mean corp vol - 100
Mean corp hgb - 34.6
rdw std. dev - 56.4
platlet ct - 79 (was 228 month prior)
neutrophil % - 13
lymphocyte % - 85
mono % - 1
neutrophil abs ct - 1.1
lymphocyte abs ct - 7.
bun - 35
creatinine - 2.98 (baseline for me)
alk phos - 277
chloride ser - 110
co2 - 22
7/2
rbc - 2.18
hcb - 8.1
hct - 22.9
mcv - 104.9
mch - 37.0
rdw - 16.2
plt - 48 (dropped again)
lymph % - 78 (dropped a bit - good thing)
chloride - 109
bun - 31
creatinine - 3.1 (up a tad)
alk phos - 316 (up a good bit)
I don't know range of acceptable fluctuations on all these, so, aside from just a knee jerk reaction I thought I'd throw it out and ask. They suspect it's just marrow failing to respond after chemo, not necessarily leukemia, but, I am not sure what to think based on these labs.
